Terms ofservice.

Everything we supply is a research chemical intended strictly for laboratory, in-vitro and scientific research use. Our products are not licensed medicines, medical devices or dietary supplements, hold no MHRA marketing authorisation, and are not for human or animal consumption. By placing an order you confirm that:

• — You are 18 years of age or older.
• — You are a qualified researcher, or you order on behalf of a laboratory, research organisation or educational institution.
• — The material will be used only for legitimate in-vitro or laboratory research and will not be administered to any human or animal.
• — You are ordering to a United Kingdom delivery address, and you accept responsibility for lawful handling, storage and disposal of the material.

We may refuse, cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use falls outside laboratory research, where eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where an order looks fraudulent.

Adding an item to your basket is not an order. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We take reasonable care with product descriptions and images, but minor variations in packaging or presentation may occur. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil.

Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout. VAT is applied where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

We ship to UK addresses in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, even if the product is unopened or unused. Research-grade materials are supplied on a strict once-dispatched basis because we cannot verify cold-chain integrity or tamper status after the package has left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. At our sole discretion we may offer a replacement for verifiable shipping damage or a short shipment, but this is not a refund and does not create a right of return.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are otherwise unaffected where they cannot be excluded by law.

Once material is in your possession you are solely responsible for how it is stored, used, recorded and disposed of, and for complying with any rules applying to your research setting. We accept no liability for misuse, and specifically none for human or animal administration, which is expressly prohibited by these terms.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Content on this site — text, imagery, branding — belongs to RETA MED UK and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We may update the site, product range and these terms; the version published when you order is the version that applies.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with UK GDPR.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
