What exactly arrives in the box?
One sealed, pre-filled 40mg Retatrutide pen, multiple sterile single-use needle tips, alcohol wipes and a research information and handling sheet. Nothing needs to be mixed or reconstituted.
Does 40mg mean each dose is 40mg?
No. 40mg is the total amount of Retatrutide held in the pen. The dial selects measured increments from 2.5mg up to 10mg, so a single pen covers a full 2.5mg → 5mg → 7.5mg → 10mg progression. At 2.5mg increments a 40mg pen provides 16 measured units, at 5mg it provides 8, and at 10mg it provides 4.
How is the pen stored?
Unopened, store refrigerated at 2–8 °C. Once the pen has been opened or first used it must be kept in the fridge at 2–8 °C at all times. Do not freeze, keep the cap on and away from direct light, and never store the pen with a needle attached. Pens are dispatched with a cold pack to protect the compound in transit.
Why a pen rather than a vial?
A pre-filled pen removes the variables that make vial work fiddly — no bacteriostatic water, no syringe draw, no concentration maths. The dial gives repeatable increments, which is why pen presentations are increasingly requested for consistent research protocols.
Are these products medicines?
No. Nothing sold on this site is a licensed medicine, medical device or dietary supplement in the UK. None of it is approved by the MHRA, and none of it may be consumed by humans or animals.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm are dispatched the same day on a tracked UK service. Most UK addresses receive their parcel within 1–2 working days. Remote areas or courier delays can occasionally add an extra day. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the label is printed.
How is the parcel packaged?
Plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product markings visible on the outside. Inside, the pen is protected with a cold pack and cushioned to maintain the 2–8 °C range during transit.
What if something is wrong with my delivery?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents, plus your order number. We will review the case and, where shipping damage or a short shipment is verifiable, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. We do not issue refunds.
Can I return or get a refund?
No. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds, even if the product is unopened. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
